the trade. Concentrating on transmission shops, automotive repair facilities, parts stores & exporters, the
company grew it's core business and obtained a major share in the local market place.
In March of 2000, Dial-A-Clutch.com started
selling direct to consumers* nationally and internationally at the same wholesale price as the companies traditional
automotive customers (the trade).

defects in workmanship and design for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Heavy Duty and Performance
Clutch Kits come with the manufacturers original warranty to be free from defects in workmanship and design for
a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Automatic Transmission Parts are for professionals only. All automatic
transmission parts are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days. Our
liability on automatic transmission parts and clutch kits is limited to the original cost of the parts purchased
at Dial-A-Clutch.com . Excludes Electrical products (no warranty or returns on electrical).
Some automatic transmission parts are sold in a sealed packages. These parts can not be returned for any reason

All claims that are approved
by the original clutch manufacturer will be honered and
Dial-A-Clutch will reimburse
to the customer, the original purchase price
paid for the clutch. The companies
(dial-a-clutch) liability is limited to the original
purchase price paid for the
clutch. Claims for labor will not be honered.
For wrong part numbers &
descriptions in our catalog and or wrong clutches shipped in error,
the companies (dial-a-clutch)
liability is limited to the original purchase price paid
for the clutch kit(s) or automatic
transmission parts. Claims for labor will not be honered. Customer
may return their
clutch kit and automatic transmission parts
within 30 days from the original purchase date for any reason provided they
get pre-authorization from the company, the clutch kit and or automatic transmission parts are in the original packaging,
the
clutch kit and automatic transmission parts
have not been installed and all parts are returned. Customer is responsible
for all shipping charges to and from Dial-A-Clutch
and the part being returned is
subject to a 15% restocking fee at the
companies discression.
